These days, not sleeping is a badge of honour. Executives boast of how they get by on three hours of sleep, and there are entire industries dedicated to keeping us all awake. Between smart phones, energy drinks and streaming entertainment, there is so much that entices us to skip out on sleep.

We get to do what we love at Africology – to make beautiful products in an ethical and authentic way to better the lives of others. It is a great privilege to be able to do what we do, but it is still a lovely surprise and honour to be awarded for it.
Without good mental health, we cannot rise to accomplish all that we wish to. An important part of this is maintaining good daily habits that contribute to the health of our brains and nervous system.
