These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Africology Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies and agreements.
1. ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING
1.1 Please note that orders may take up to 14 days for preparation (longer during the festive season break), excluding shipping times, as we want to ensure the availability and quality of your products.
1.2 Due to COVID-19 health and safety considerations we do not accept any returns, except as lawfully permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
2. AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND AFRICOLOGY
2.1 The Africology website is comprised of various web pages operated by Africology. The Africology website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
2.2 Your use of the Africology website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
3. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
3.1 Africology reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Africology website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Africology website.

4.1 Product prices on this site are subject to change without notice and are not intended for quotation purposes. For accurate pricing and availability please contact your closest dealer.
4.2 Any errors or omissions that may be made in pricing or quoting ought to be treated as such.

6. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

7.4 Africology reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
7.5 Africology reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Africology's sole discretion.
7.6 Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Africology does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Africology specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.

8.1 Africology does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Africology, (including feedback and suggestion) or post, upload, input or submit to any Africology website or its associated services (collectively referred to as "Submissions"). 11. SEVERABILITY
11.1 Should any of the conditions in these Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable , that Term or Condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms and Conditions.
12. NON-DISCLOSURE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are the property of Africology, as such no part of these Terms and Conditions may be reproduced, copied, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior consent in writing from Africology.
12.2 Any unlawful reproduction, copying, storage, or transmission will be met with legal action.
13. MINORS
13.1 By using the website you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and of full legal capacity.
13.2 If you are under the age of 18 or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the website and/or App only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

14.1 Africology undertakes to process personal in line with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
14.2 By utilising our website you consent to Africology processing your Personal Information for the purposes of rendering the services or providing the products agreed upon.
