Defective Products

  • If your product is defective (e.g., leaking, faulty pump/nozzle), contact us within 7 days of receiving said product(s).

  • For South African based orders, we'll gladly arrange a free pickup and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. For international orders, you'll receive a value voucher equal to the amount of the product(s) purchased, excluding shipping fees.

  • When transitioning to our all-natural products, your skin may undergo a detoxification process. This is because our products help purge the skin of chemicals it's accustomed to.

Changed Your Mind? We Understand.

Sometimes, we all have second thoughts. If you decide that an unopened product isn't quite right for you, kindly send it back to us within 5 days. While you'll need to cover the return shipping, we'll happily provide you with an online voucher equal to your purchase amount.

Return Guidelines

  • Only return products bought directly from the online store. For others, please return to the store of purchase.
  • Please return within 7 days of receipt. Include a copy of your receipt or a note with order details and reason for return to
  • No returns or refunds will be issued for used products.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Items opened, tampered with, marked non-returnable, or not for resale can't be returned.
  • Duties on international orders are your responsibility. No refunds will be issued relating to duties being unpaid or rejected.
