For best results follow our 3 step process:
Step 1
Mix 4 caps of both the Bath & Body Soak as well as the Magnesium Bath Blend into your bath water. Be sure to soak for 20min+ for best results and for actives to begin working. For added results disconnect all distractions during this time and if possible follow a guided meditation.
Step 2
After your soak lather your body with our ultra-hydrating and nurturing Neroli Balm.
Step 3
Just before bedtime apply a pea-size amount of Sleep Gel to your fingertips and gently rub in a circular movement on the temples, the neck and occipital lobes. Whilst doing so we recommend performing a deep breathing exercise- 10 deep breaths and upward.
