A soothing companion for moments when you need to reconnect, our Grounding Spray can be used on the body, as a room mist, or as an aura spray - gently restoring your sense of calm and presence.

This beautifully fragranced spray contains benzoin essential oil, which has been used for thousands of years for medicinal and ceremonial purposes.

It’s said to alleviate respiratory troubles, asthma, bronchitis, coughs, colds and flu. Benzoin oil also calms the mind and eases stress, grief and tension. Reminiscent of vanilla, its rich aroma promotes a sense of peace and it’s the perfect addition to our grounding spray.

The spray also contains the essence of black pepper, which can provide profound relief for symptoms of anxiety. It can also improve mental alertness and help to fight fatigue, while building up positive energy. In combination with clary sage – a potent stress reducer and powerful natural antidepressant – it allows you to fully release anything that keeps you from feeling safe and grounded, and help you to anchor yourself in the present.

How to use

Spray your blend either on the body for an aromatherapy effect, or into the air to enhance your space. Always avoid contact with the eyes and always spray a little in the inner arm to test for sensitivity.
