- Greetings. I love your cream cleanser and the packaging is beautiful.... However the pump is not always practical. The creme is too thick for a pump mechanism. I am down to about the last 1.5 cm of product... But I can't get any of it out anymore.... Have to remove the pump and dig into cream with a something long and flat... Have used a knife, a chopstick etc.... All not very efficient, frustrating and it takes away from the overall experience! I also have the gel cleanser.... The consistancy seems much more suited to a pump and it's working fine!!!! I am also down to near the end of the bottle and it's still going well. So just wanted to check if you're considering other cream cleanser mechanisms please. I see others have had the same issue.
