How to use

Drink plenty of water prior to treatment. Apply mud to whole body (or intended area) after light exfoliation or body brushing. Avoid the face and neck area. Heat is suggested  to stimulate the plant actives. You may apply to skin and soak in warm water for  20 minutes or as you feel comfortable with.  We recommended a  weekly purification ritual. <br><br> <strong>NOT SUGGESTED FOR USE  DURING PREGNANCY.</strong>
