How to use

This beautifully formulated pre-meditation oil is perfect to help you ground yourself in your practice. Start your ritual by applying a few drops of oil to the palms of your hands. Inhale and imagine every cell in your body being filled with healing light. Hold your hands together and visualise a lovely energy ball being activated. Apply to the rest of your skin as needed.
